In Person & Virtual Consultations

We offer both in-person and virtual consultations. We strongly recommend virtual consultations initially to determine the scope of work. Subsequent consultations may be in either format, per your preference. However, we do have advice for selecting a format:

• If the consultation is determining digital needs and conducting case-specific research, we suggest a virtual consultation.

• If the consultation requires an analysis of physical or site resources/constraints, we suggest an in-person consultation.

Please note that all consultations (with the exception of an initial half-hour virtual consultation) are subject to negotiated hourly rates. All in-person consultations are subject to transportation charges.

Research

Often, our clients require a unique solution for their needs, or assistance in making the systems they have work optimally for them. This usually requires some time for us to research a very specific list of criteria to ensure that we recommend solutions that will solve our client's needs.

All solutions are specced according to client needs and budget, ensuring that needs are met without paying unreasonable prices.

Confidentiality

We provide all of our clients with confidentiality assurance. We recognize that working in your home or on critical business systems requires a significant amount of trust, as it should. We offer the following assurances of confidentiality:

• Your information will never be shared outside of VTS.

• Computers remain secured while in our possession for service.

• Personal Information/Data stays on your device, and is securely erased if placed onto a temporary drive.

• Non-Disclosure Agreements are signed upon request.
